  • Who is Redo?

    We now offer free returns with Redo. You can opt in to purchase Redo's return insurance for $3.98. By purchasing Redo at the time of checkout, your order qualifies for free returns.* 

    If you choose to opt out of purchasing Redo, you are still able to utilize our Return Portal through Redo and purchase a return shipping label at a discounted price.

     

    *Final Sale items do not qualify for free returns. Return must meet all requirements that can be found within our Return Policy.

  • After I submit my return request, is there anything else I need to do?

    After you submit your request, you can either download the shipping label from your Return Portal or from the request confirmation email that is sent once you submit your return request. Follow the instructions on the shipping label, and that's it!

    We will receive and review your return. From there, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Please allow 2-4 business days to process the return once we receive it. The timeline of when you receive your refund may vary and take up to 7 business days, depending on your bank. 

  • How do I get my return shipping label?

    Once you submit your request, you can download your shipping label from the Return Portal or from the request confirmation email.

    If you lose your label, you can reprint from your Return Portal.

  • My order didn't qualify for a return. What do I do?

    There may be several reasons why your order doesn't qualify for a return, such as it being a Final Sale* item, or it is outside the eligible return window. 

    Reach out to our ProStaff for questions regarding your order and return at prostaff@utahskis.com or call them at 1-855-289-7547.

     

    *Final Sale items include Demo Skis and Demo Snowboards. We do not accept returns on Demo Skis and Demo Snowboards.

  • I didn't purchase Redo at checkout, but want to add it to my order. What do I do?

    We can only add Redo to your order prior to shipment, and will charge the card used for the order to finalize the addition. Please contact our ProStaff at prostaff@utahskis.com or at 1-855-289-7547.

    Once the order has shipped, we are unable to add Redo to your order for return protection. If you need to return your order and did not purchase Redo, you are able to use the Return Portal to purchase a return shipping label at a discounted price.
